2026 Important Advanced Reporting Announcement

Dear empowOR Community,

We are writing to provide you with an important update on several data and reporting initiatives currently underway, including a time-sensitive notice regarding our Advanced Reporting platform. We want to ensure you have a clear picture of where we stand and what to expect in the weeks ahead.

Attention Required: Dundas Retirement — June 30, 2026

Our current Advanced Reporting platform, Dundas, will be officially retired on June 30, 2026. If you rely on any Dundas-based reports today, please review the transition information below and contact our team with any questions.

Introducing Our New Data Options

Over the past year, we have provided many communications regarding our new data options. As part of our ongoing effort to better serve the diverse needs of our agencies, we have developed a tiered approach to data and reporting. Each tier is designed to match the data capacity and goals of different organizations:

Tier	Description
Data Basics ($100/month)	Included with empowOR. Provides core reports, enhanced CSV exports, and Report Builder — designed for agencies with limited in-house data capacity.
Data Insights ($154/month)	Everything in Data Basics, plus advanced Power BI reports, plug-in specific reporting, assessment reporting, and more.
Data EmpowORment ($TBD)	Everything in Data Basics and Insights, plus the ability to build your own reports in Power BI connected to our data warehouse and embed dashboards in empowOR.
Data Autonomy ($167/month)	Full access to our data warehouse tables via SFTP export. Ideal for agencies with their own data infrastructure.

We are currently in a trial period for Data Autonomy and are planning demos for Data EmpowORment in the future. Data EmpowORment is not yet available.

We are continuing to add fields,and improve filters across all data sets. We strongly encourage the use of Report Builder, and you can find guidance on it here.

Progress on Advanced Reports and Dashboards (available to Data Insights, Data empowORment, and Data Autonomy)

Our team has been actively building, testing, and releasing reports across a wide range of agency needs — including many custom advanced reports tailored to specific agency requirements, as well as a number of standard advanced reports available to all customers. We want to be transparent that some reports will not be available until later in July and August as we work through our development and QA process. We sincerely value your patience as we work to deliver high-quality, reliable reporting. The following reports are now available:

Next Steps

We encourage you to take the following actions in advance of the June 30 Dundas retirement:

Review which reports your agency currently uses in Dundas / Advanced Reporting.
If you have not already, identify the data tier that best fits your agency’s needs.
