6.2.2026 Issues After Release
It has come to our attention that we are currently experiencing a few issues after last night's release. Please see below for details:
- Case Notes are being attributed to the person who holds the first staff record in your portal. This often reflects as Gino, but could be someone else. Currently there is no work around for this but we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
- Error upon login - This is being caused by a timeout of the Enrollments & Services widget. The current work around is to log in using this link which will bypass the landing page. https://portal.empoworbycsst.com/Participants/ParticipantSearch.aspx
- In Document Management Associate Enrollments, currently selecting one document selects all. We are working on fixing this. In the meantime, to associate/link documents to enrollments, you can go to Enrollments & Their Services and link documents to the enrollment from that location.
