Case Notes

The case notes system in empowOR has several key features and functions.

Main Features

• Accessible from any intake screen
• Supports notes of any length
• Allows categorization for easier searching
• Includes privacy tags for restricted access (requires administrator setup)

Search Functionality

• Available via green magnifying glass icon
• Can filter by date range, category, privacy tag, staff name, and participant name
• Supports full-text search within note contents

Creating and Viewing Notes

• Add new notes using the "ADD NEW" icon
• View full note contents using the EDIT icon
• Notes can be added directly from service delivery or counseling forms
• Can be associated with specific services

Printing Options

• Print all notes or a filtered selection
• Process:
  •   Open Case Notes
  • Apply search filters if needed
  • Use QUICK REPORTS icon (green down arrow)
  • Print from new tab that opens
