SUMMARY:

Accessing & Running Core Reports

Core Reports are found under the REPORTS menu. Upon selecting a report, a filter screen appears with three filter sets:

  • Enrollments
  • Services & Outcomes
  • Demographics

Filters can be saved for repeated use in the Services Report.

Steps to Run a Report:

  1. Navigate to REPORTS
  2. Select the desired Core Report
  3. Adjust filter settings
  4. Click GENERATE REPORT

Key Filters & Usage

Each report allows filtering by:

  • Program/Instance
  • Enrollment Dates & Status
  • Qualifying Income
  • Service & Outcome Dates
  • Demographics (age, gender, race, etc.)

Date Filtering Best Practices:

  • Use Enrollment Dates for Enrollment & Demographics reports
  • Use Service Dates for Services reports
  • Use Outcome Dates for Outcome reports
  • Avoid entering multiple date sets in a single report

Program Selection:

  • Required for: Participant Enrollment, Data Quality, Eligibility, and Attendance Reports
  • Optional for other reports

Core Reports & Descriptions

Participant Enrollment Report

Lists participants enrolled in a selected program, including:

  • Household details (income, housing, family type)
  • Participant demographics (age, race, employment, etc.)
  • Enrollment details (start/end dates, status)

External Enrollment Report

Similar to the Participant Enrollment Report, but for participants in partner programs.

Demographic Report

Provides aggregated participant demographics, including:

  • Age, race, ethnicity, disability, education level, employment, health insurance, etc.

Services (By Enrollment) Report

Lists program and non-program services received, showing:

  • Service details (dates, participants, units, time spent)
  • Outcomes linked to service records

Data Quality Report

Tracks intake completeness per program/staff, displaying:

  • Complete (green), Incomplete (red), or N/A (white) statuses
  • Supplemental forms compliance

Outcome Detail Report

Lists participants and households that achieved program outcomes, showing:

  • Outcome details (dates, program, related services)
  • Household financial & housing status

Outcome Summary Report

Provides a program-wide outcomes overview, displaying:

  • Outcome achievement counts
  • Targets & success percentages

Household Participant Contact Report

Lists contact details for participants in a selected program.

Participant Eligibility Report

Identifies participants likely eligible for a program based on system-entered rules.
