Deleting a Program / Program Type

SUMMARY:

This document provides guidance when deleting a Program and Program Type.

Delete Program Instances:

  • Click into the Program Type.
  • Go to the PROGRAM tab and select SHOW ACTIVE INSTANCES.
  • Click the trash can next to each instance.
  • If deleting a Program Type, repeat this step for all Programs within it.

Delete the Program:

  • Once all instances are deleted, a trash can appears next to the program.
  • Click the trash can to delete the program.

Delete the Program Type:

  • After all Instances and Programs are deleted, an ARCHIVE button appears on the Manage Program Type page.
  • Click ARCHIVE to remove the Program Type.
