Edit/Add Outcome

 

Access Participants:

  • Click PARTICIPANTS → MANAGE PARTICIPANTS.
  • Use SEARCH to find the household and click the name to open.

Assigning Outcomes from Enrollment:

  • Open an existing enrollment (pencil) or create a new enrollment (green plus).
  • Click the OUTCOMES tab.
  • Click ADD NEW OUTCOME.
  • Enter the DATE, select the OUTCOME, and input the $ amount (or "1" if not money-related).
  • Click SAVE & CLOSE or SAVE & ADD NEW.

Assigning Outcomes from Service:

  • Open an existing service (blue pencil) or create a new service (green plus).
  • Click the OUTCOMES tab.
  • Enter the DATE, select the OUTCOME, and input the $ amount (or "1" if not money-related).
  • Click SAVE & CLOSE or SAVE, then ADD NEW OUTCOME to add another.
