Export Report Builder Reports

EmpowOR is designed to provide users with flexible, on-demand reporting capabilities with direct Excel export functionality.

Purpose

- Report Builder allows staff to create custom reports on demand

- Provides flexibility in retrieving information without waiting for new Advanced Reports

Export Permissions

- Staff must be given specific permissions to export reports to Excel

Two Methods to Export Reports to Excel

Method 1: From Report Builder Search Page

1. Navigate to the Report Builder search page

2. Click on the "Export to Excel" button for an existing report

3. The report will be run and exported directly to Excel

Method 2: After Creating or Editing a Report

1. Create a new report or edit an existing report

2. Run the report from the Configuration screen

3. View results in the Report Builder - Viewer page

4. Click the "Export to Excel" button

5. The report will be exported to Excel

   report or editing existing reports.

- Permissions must be set up beforehand to enable Excel exports
