Staff Information Collection

To set up empowOR, you need a list of staff with basic details, including:

• Staff Name
• Work Email (used as a username)
• Employee Type
• Department
• Programs

For some programs, additional details like training certifications and hire dates may be required later.

Case Note Privacy Tag

Determine whether you will use the Case Note Privacy Tag feature, which restricts access to case notes by department or topic.

• Selection: Yes or No

Program Usage

Indicate if empowOR will be used for the following programs:

• Early Head Start and/or Head Start: Yes or No
• HUD Housing Counseling: Yes or No
