The Mortgage/Financing form is an EmpowOR supplemental form used to capture detailed information about a housing project.

Key Form Sections

Project Details

• Project Type
• Physical Address
• Number of Units
• Costs (Primary, Purchase Rehab, Other)
• Dates (Settlement, Other)
• Closing Cost
• Total Monthly Payment

Mortgage Details

• Mortgage Insurance Type and Payment
• Financial Details (can be added separately)

Steps to Create a New Mortgage/Financing Form

• Click the green "ADD NEW" icon
• Fill in required fields:

• Select Project Type
• Choose Physical Address
• Enter Number of Units
• Input Costs and Dates
• Specify Mortgage Insurance Details
• Save & Close the form

Additional Financial Details Creation

• Click green plus icon next to "Financial Details"
• Enter details including:

• Financing Type
• Funding Type
• Finance Amount
• Interest Rate
• Financing Term
• Underwriter and Originator Information

Note: Managed List Items require configuration by the EmpowOR Administrator in the Admin section.
