Save & Next for Work Templates

 

Purpose

  • Streamline data entry process
  • Reduce number of clicks for staff
  • Organize information collection and workflow

Key Characteristics

  • Not all forms must be included
  • Selected forms shown in sequence
  • Designed to improve workflow efficiency

Administrator Setup Steps

  • Go to Admin → Manage Work Templates
  • Select Forms tab
  • For commonly used Forms/Assessments, check "Include on Save & Next" checkbox

Staff Experience

  • When enabled, "Save & Next" button appears at bottom of data entry window
  • Clicking button automatically moves to next form in Work Template
  • Continues until all "Save & Next" forms are completed

  • Functionality must be set up by local Administrator
