Save & Next for Work Templates
Purpose
- Streamline data entry process
- Reduce number of clicks for staff
- Organize information collection and workflow
Key Characteristics
- Not all forms must be included
- Selected forms shown in sequence
- Designed to improve workflow efficiency
Administrator Setup Steps
- Go to Admin → Manage Work Templates
- Select Forms tab
- For commonly used Forms/Assessments, check "Include on Save & Next" checkbox
Staff Experience
- When enabled, "Save & Next" button appears at bottom of data entry window
- Clicking button automatically moves to next form in Work Template
- Continues until all "Save & Next" forms are completed

- Functionality must be set up by local Administrator
