Currently, we have an issue when participants are removed from households but enrollments are not copied. When this is done, it is causing the primary key for enrollments to get out of sync.
What this means: You will not be able to save any enrollments until the primary key is fixed manually. If this happens, please email us and we will get it fixed as quickly as we can.
To avoid this happening, when moving participants from households:
- Please copy enrollments to their new household
- Once the move is complete, archive any unwanted enrollments
We are actively working to resolve this issue and expect to have it fixed when the next release goes live.
