SUMMARY:
This guide outlines how to manage Enrollments and record Program Services in empowOR via the Work Template.
Adding a New Enrollment
- Locate Participant:
- Initiate New Enrollment:
- Click Enrollments & Their Services in the Work Template.
- On the Enrollment Landing Page, click the Add New (+) icon next to Enrollments.
- Fill Out Enrollment Form:
- Enter required fields.
- Select participants (individually or Enroll All)
- Set the Enrollment Status.
- Click Save & Continue to access additional forms.
- Alternatively, click Save & Close to finalize the enrollment.
Recording Program Services
- Pre-Requisite:
- Ensure enrollment is completed before recording services.
- Locate Enrollment:
- On the Enrollment Landing Page, find the enrollment.
- Click the Add New (+) icon next to Program Services.
- Fill Out Service Form:
- Select the service options relevant to the date being entered.
- Choose options from dropdowns or checkboxes, add units, and click Add.
- Click Save & Continue to add information in additional tabs (if applicable), or Save & Close to finish.
Note: Follow these steps to ensure services are properly recorded under the appropriate program enrollment.
