Steps to Create a New Mortgage/Financing Form
- Click the green "ADD NEW" icon
- Fill in required fields:
- Select Project Type
- Choose Physical Address
- Enter Number of Units
- Input Costs and Dates
- Specify Mortgage Insurance Details
- Save & Close the form
Additional Financial Details Creation
- Click green plus icon next to "Financial Details"
- Enter details including:
- Financing Type
- Funding Type
- Finance Amount
- Interest Rate
- Financing Term
- Underwriter and Originator Information
Note: Managed List Items require configuration by the EmpowOR Administrator in the Admin section.
