The Core Reports in empowOR are accessible under the Reporting menu and provide critical insights into participant enrollment, service delivery, outcomes, and demographics. These reports help users analyze program effectiveness, participant characteristics, and data quality.

Running Core Reports in empowOR
- Select Report: From the Reports menu, choose the desired Core report.
- Apply Filters: Choose filters.
- Generate Report: Click Generate Report to run the report and view the results.
Filter Details
Date Filters
- Enrollment Dates: Used for reports like Enrollment and Demographic reports.
- Service Dates: Used for reports like Services and Services (by Enrollment) reports.
- Outcome Dates: Used for Outcome Detail and Outcome Summary reports.
Recommendation: Avoid combining multiple date ranges (e.g., Enrollment and Service dates) in one report.
Program Filters
- Required for reports like the Participant Enrollment Report, Data Quality Report, and Attendance Reports.
- Optional for reports like Demographic Report and Outcome Summary Report. Leaving the program filter blank will include data from the entire empowOR database.
- Ongoing Enrollment: The "Ongoing Only" checkbox includes participants whose enrollment end date is missing (ongoing participants).

- Participant Enrollment Report: Use Enrollment Dates to filter.
