Date Range Options
Some reports, like "Attendance" or "CSBG Characteristics," offer a single date range or a pre-defined list of options. However, many reports provide more granular control through filters, particularly for enrollment data:
- Enrollment From and To Dates: This filter includes anyone enrolled in a program within the specified dates, regardless of when their enrollment began or ended. It answers: "How many people were enrolled at any point during this time frame?"
- Enrollment Start Date From and Start Date To: This focuses specifically on when an enrollment began. It answers: "How many people started their enrollment during this time frame?"
- Enrollment End Date From and End Date To: This focuses on when an enrollment concluded. It answers: "How many people ended their enrollment during this time frame?"
For services and outcomes, which typically occur on specific dates, the filters are simpler:
- Service From and To Dates: This includes everyone who received at least one service within the specified dates.
- Outcome Date From and To Dates: This includes everyone who achieved at least one outcome within the specified dates.
Data Sources
These dates are drawn from different parts of a customer's record:
- Enrollment and Service Dates: These are found within a person's enrollment record for a specific program.
- Outcome Dates: These are primarily located in the "View Outcomes" section of the Household Dashboard, and they also appear where they were initially entered at the enrollment or service level.
