Outcome targets must be set for each program instance and will be displayed on the Outcome Summary Report, showing the percentage of outcomes achieved compared to targets.
Steps to Assign Outcome Targets
- Navigate to Program Management:
- Go to ADMIN → PROGRAM INFO → MANAGE PROGRAMS
- Select and open a Program Instance (not the Program Type).
- Open Outcome Targets:
- Click on the INSTANCE to open it.
- In the third light gray menu bar, click OUTCOME TARGETS (this menu follows the hierarchy: Program Type → Program → Instance).
- Set Targets:
- A list of all assigned outcomes for the program will appear.
- Click the EDIT icon next to each outcome.
- Enter your agency’s target number (only one number is allowed).
- Click SAVE to confirm.
