SUMMARY:
This document provides guidance when deleting a Program and Program Type.
Delete Program Instances:
- Click into the Program Type.
- Go to the PROGRAM tab and select SHOW ACTIVE INSTANCES.
- Click the trash can next to each instance.
- If deleting a Program Type, repeat this step for all Programs within it.
Delete the Program:
- Once all instances are deleted, a trash can appears next to the program.
- Click the trash can to delete the program.
Delete the Program Type:
- After all Instances and Programs are deleted, an ARCHIVE button appears on the Manage Program Type page.
- Click ARCHIVE to remove the Program Type.
