The Assessment Core Report has been optimized. While working on this, we uncovered an opportunity with Excel’s ability to open the file. If you have issues with opening the file (it seems to just be spinning) please follow the below steps:
- Open Task Manager on your computer, Find Excel (search for excel at the top - note that it should be part of the “Google Chrome” app activity)
- Right Click
- Choose End Task
- Open your Downloads file on your computer
- In Windows, this will be found in explorer, under “This PC” unless you have set up your downloads to save elsewhere. If that is the case, you will need to open the location where you have downloads saving
- Find the file and open the file from this location
- You will be greeted with 2 more messages in excel, click YES on both of these will take you through to your data. We believe this error might be because we're exporting as .xls which is the older 1993-2003 excel format and not .xlsx.
