We have identified two issues which we are working to resolve.
Export from Authorize Service Expenditure
- Currently, Authorize Service Expenditure export functionality is not working. When you click to export, nothing is happening. As a temporary workaround, you can build an expenditure report builder report. The Report Builder data set has all of the fields included on the Authorize Service Expenditure page.
Attach Documents to Enrollment Services Referrals
- When creating a referral from an enrollment service, the list of documents that can be attached to the referral is not populating. The temporary workaround is to create your referrals using the Referral Supplemental form.
We understand that both of these issues are troubling and impacts your work flow. We are actively working to resolve both issues. At this time there is no action required on your end, and there’s no need to submit support tickets regarding these two issues.
