Key Functions Covered
Add a New Household
- Always search for existing participants before adding new ones to avoid duplicates.
- Use “Add Participant” to start a new household.
- Enter First Name, Last Name, DOB (required fields).
- After adding members, complete Household Basic Information:
- Confirm Household ID (HHID), Family Type, and Address.
- Review and edit Household Composition (adults, seniors, children).
- Use Manual Override if actual composition differs from entered participants.
Add a New Person to an Existing Household
- Open the existing household.
- Use the ADD button in the Household Members section.
- Enter new participant info and update household composition and relationships.
Add a Person to Two Households
- Common for shared custody situations.
- Use a participant's existing profile when adding to the second household.
- A blue number “2” shows they belong to multiple households.
Move a Person to Another Household
- Choose to move the person to:
- A new household, or
- An existing one.
- Use the MINUS button to begin the process.
Mark a Person as Deceased
- Ensure they are not marked as the Primary in any household.
- Change participant status to Deceased.
- Deceased members appear with an orange band when the "Show Deceased" option is enabled.
Archive a Participant
- Cannot archive a Primary participant if others are still in the household.
- Use Archive button next to participant's name.
Unarchive a Participant
- Use “Archived Only” filter in search to find archived participants.
Use the Restore button to re-add them to their previous household.
