The empowOR system allows social service agencies to track services and outcomes for three types of participants: People, Communities, and Businesses.
- People – The most common participant type, including individual clients and household members.
- Communities – Allows agencies to record services and outcomes for entire communities or subsets, such as neighborhoods, school districts, or specific demographic groups. This streamlines data entry for large-scale outreach efforts.
- Examples: A town (e.g., Oakland, MD), a school district (e.g., Garrett County Schools), or a demographic group (e.g., senior citizens in Garrett County).
- Businesses – Businesses can also participate by enrolling in programs like Micro-business Loans, receiving services, and tracking outcomes.
Each participant type has a BASIC INFO screen to capture relevant details.
