Navigate to Staff|Donor|Volunteer -> Manage Staff|Donor|Volunteer
Click "Add New"
Enter required fields:
First Name
Last Name
Status (defaults to Active)
Check appropriate boxes (Staff/Volunteer).
If a volunteer has specific skills or provides specific volunteer services, you will need to add information to the detailed information for the corresponding volunteer. See “Detailed Volunteer Information” below.
Save Basic Info page
Detailed Volunteer Information
On the Detailed Information tab, enter:
Skills
Knowledge
Training and certifications
Education
Events
Billing rate for services
Service Type Management
Add/modify service types under:
Admin -> Managed Items -> Managed List Items -> Staff - Service Type
Creating Donation/Volunteer Service Forms
Go to Admin -> Non-Program Service Forms
Click "Add New Non-Program Service Form"
Enter required fields:
Service Form Name
Type (Donation or Volunteer Time)
Optional: Check "Expenditure amount can exceed Funding Source Amount"
Save the form
Add Service Groups via Service Groups tab
Add Funds via Fund Sources tab
Finalizing Form Setup
Navigate to Admin -> Work Templates
Create new or select existing template
Add the new form under Non-Program Service Forms tab
Key Considerations
First Name, Last Name, and Status are required
Can specify specific volunteer skills and services
Flexible form creation for tracking donations and volunteer time
